Our company, Foton d.o.o. has developed the application „Mobile inventory PRO“. This site contains privacy information with which the user, who decides to use the application, should be familiar with.

„Mobile inventory PRO“ application DOES NOT COLLECT, SAVE, NOR USE users personal information while using application. Personal information which may be disclosed to us during communication (e-mail, address, phone numbers) may be only used for the following purposes: to help us develop, deliver, and improve our application and supply higher quality product.
In the following circumstances, we may disclose your personal information according to your wish or regulations by law:

(1) With your prior approval;
(2) By the applicable law within or outside your country of residence, legal process, litigation requests;
(3) By requests from public and governmental authorities;
(4) To protect our legal rights and interests.

Other information which is used and stored during the application use, WILL NOT BE SHARED OR PUBLISHED in any way and will remain only on the user’s personal device.

Application permissions

Camera

Certain applications features are able to use the camera on the device. Any data from the camera and other sensors is neither collected nor distributed. During the scanning operation, the images are not stored on the device. The barcode is used only in textual format. The camera is used solely for scanning the items barcodes.

Storage

Certain applications features are able to access storage on the device. Any data from the storage access is neither collected nor distributed. Storage access is used to let the user choose a file to import the data from and to save a file on export of the data. Storage access is also used to choose and save an item image.

Analytics

Google Play Store

We use the help of Google Play Store to receive aggregated and anonymous information about device country settings, device languages, device names, version of operating systems, as well as the version of our apps. The data which is collected by Google Play Store is displayed within Google Play Console and are not publicly available at any moment. The collected data are used solely for analytical purposes with the goal of improved product and user experience.

We may also receive personal information from Google in case of in-app purchases or purchases of our apps in Google Play Store.

Visual Studio App Center

With the help of Visual Studio App Center, we receive aggregated and anonymous information about device country settings, device languages, device names, version of operating systems, as well as the version of our apps. In addition, Visual Studio App Center provides us with information about app crashes. The data which is collected by Visual Studio App Center is displayed within App Center console and are not publicly available at any moment. The collected data are used solely for analytical purposes with the goal of improved product and user experience.

Foton d.o.o will occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do so, we will also revise the „last modified“ date of the privacy statement.
