Frequently asked questions
How to buy an unrestricted access?
Purchase is performed in-app by going to “Purchase options” and selecting one of the offered products. The offered products are time interval in which unrestricted app access is valid (one week, one month, six months and recurring yearly subscription).
Purchase is processed by Google Play Store or Apple App Store, which are responsible for purchasing and payment process. Suitable account on the selected store is necessary to make a purchase. Availability of payment options depends on the store.
How to transfer purchase to another device?
Android
Purchase is valid on all devices of single person using the same Google account with which the purchase has been made. Use as part of any service for sharing, lending or multi-person use is in violation of License Terms.

iOS
Subscription purchase is valid on all devices of single person using the same Apple account with which the purchase has been made. Use as part of any service for sharing, lending or multi-person use is in violation of License Terms.
One-time product purchases ( one week, one month and six months ) are linked to the device with which the purchase was made and is not transferable to another device.
Purchase is not visible on another device?
Android
Verify if device has been signed into with account by which purchase has been made. Verify this by following steps:

- Go to "Settings" -> "Accounts" -> "Google"
- Verify if correct account is logged in
- Synchronize account
- Open the app and verify the purchase status
If the purchase is still not visible try next:
-
- Go to "Settings" -> "Applications" -> "Mobile Inventory PRO"
- Select "Force stop" and go one step back
- Select "Google Play Store"
- Select "Force stop" and exit settings
- Open the app and verify the purchase status
If after that the purchase is still not visible, try following:

- Go to "Settings" -> "Applications" -> "Google Play Store" -> "Storage"
- Select "Clear data" and "Clear cache"
- Restart the device
- Open the app and verify the purchase status
iOS
Verify if device has been signed into with account by which purchase has been made, and if purchase is visible. Verify this by following steps: go to "Settings" -> "Your AppleID" -> "Subscriptions"
If the purchase was found do following:

- Update app
- Restart the device
If the purchase is not visible try following:

How to transfer purchase from Google account to Apple account and other way around?
The purchase is linked to your Google or Apple account and is not transferable between the platforms.
Is it possible to use app offline?
Only the subscription on Android platform allows full offline access to the app.
Other purchases require permanent access to the Internet to verify validity of the purchased product.
How to cancel my subscription?

If the subscription is canceled after the trial period, unlimited access to the app is available for the duration of the purchased subscription.
How to ask for a refund?

Refund must be requested directly from iTunes support.
